Courtney Trocinski-Tate

Born and raised country kid, I’ve spent most of my working life hands-on — from sampling grain with CBH to operating plant equipment and driving dump trucks in underground mining. I’ve also spent time in maintenance administration, so I know how the site runs both on the tools and behind the scenes.

I’m beginning my recruitment journey with the same energy I’ve always brought to the job: reliable, curious, and ready to learn. I’m an outgoing ocean kid who loves the outdoors and keeping a balanced lifestyle. What drives me is people — connecting them, backing them, and helping them find solid opportunities that fit their skills and goals.

My goal is to bring that experience into recruitment — building trust, creating opportunities, and helping others build strong, steady careers in WA’s resources and industrial sectors.
