Camp Maintenance Supervisor

• Roster 8/6 FIFO, BHP project 6 months min
• Supervise carpentry, plumbing & facilities maintenance

Mobilize are seeking several Camp Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team (of carpenters, plumbers & TA's) and manage a room rejuvenation project at multiple remote camps. This is a FIFO role with a strong focus on trades and hands-on maintenance leadership.

Details:

• Rate: $82.50/hr
• Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off
• Requirements: S26 qualification (must have), trades background preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities surrounding the room fit outs, including, plumbing, carpentry and general facilities upkeep.
• Lead and mentor a small maintenance team, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Schedule and monitor maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to camp operations.
• Liaise with site management and contractors to maintain efficient operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Trades-qualified with hands-on experience in camp or facilities maintenance.
• Holds a current S26 qualification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• FIFO experience highly desirable.
