We are seeking qualified and experienced Pipe Fitters to join our team on major SMPE&I Project. The works involve the construction of a seawater intake system, water treatment facility, and conveyance pipeline infrastructure to provide a reliable long-term water supply. Role: Pipe Fitter
Roster: 2/1
Hours: 12 hour days
Engagement: Until December 2026, with potential to extend into Jan 2027
Rates: $90.77 p/h flat rate, day shift
Scope of Works: SMP works on a seawater desalination plant involving installation, assembly, alignment, and maintenance of piping systems supporting the construction of a new seawater intake, water treatment facility, and conveyance pipeline infrastructure.


Tickets/Licenses

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Metal Tradesperson or equivalent)
• White Card
• Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• RTIO Essentials & Lockholders (mandatory)
• Driver’s License
• HRWL - EWP (mandatory)

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industrial construction projects.
• FIFO from Perth only
• Full Australian Work Rights
• Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and drug screen
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
