Perth-based Contracts Administrator role in Mount Pleasant, managing contracts from tender to close-out within a growing Aboriginal-owned WA business.

Mobilize is partnering with a growing Indigenous-owned civil construction and plant hire business. The Contracts Administrator will work across the full contract lifecycle, from tender and pre-contract activities through to project delivery and close-out. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both the commercial and operational sides of projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting tenders and pre-contract activities
  • Preparing RFQs and coordinating subcontractor procurement
  • Managing contracts throughout project delivery
  • Monitoring costs, budgets and forecasts
  • Preparing commercial reports and tracking project performance
  • Managing variations, claims and extensions of time
  • Preparing and reviewing commercial correspondence
  • Supporting projects through to completion and close-out

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience in contracts administration or a similar commercial role
  • Knowledge of subcontractor procurement and RFQ processes
  • Experience with cost control, forecasting and reporting
  • Confidence managing variations, claims and contract correspondence
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
  • A practical and commercially minded approach
