is partnering with a WA owned and operated leader in the design, sales, service and rental of specialised fluid transfer systems. Delivering end to end solutions to industrial customers who rely on their technical expertise, quality products, and responsive service, we're seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to drive performance across a small internal sales team, ensuring fast, accurate quoting, seamless order management, and exceptional customer support across all sales coordination functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations (sales, calibration, rental, and manufacturing) using SAP, ensuring pricing accuracy and profitability targets are met
  • Process customer orders, invoices, and follow up payments as required
  • Manage team workload to ensure productivity, efficiency, and service levels are maintained
  • Monitor back orders and reserve invoices, coordinating with warehouse and procurement teams for on-time delivery
  • Support and develop team members, including performance feedback and training
  • Handle customer issues including complaints, returns, warranties, and non-conformances
  • Maintain accurate pricing and customer information within SAP and internal systems
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to improve processes and outcomes
Qualifications & Skills

  • Experienced in customers service within an industrial / technical environment
  • Experience preparing and submitting quotations
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret product and customer requirements
  • Experience leading or coordinating a small team in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
  • Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Systems and OH&S requirements
  • Experience in procurement, logistics, warehousing, or inventory control
  • Experience in hydraulics and / or fluid mechanics industry
