Mobilize are partnering with a leading facilities management company and are seeking Chefs for various FIFO opportunities that will be commencing over the coming weeks. Key Duties

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals across all service periods catering for all patrons on site
• Must ensure all guests get the highest standard of service at all times
• Must follow food safety standards and comply with company policy
• Have creative freedom on implementing additional menu items for specials
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all aspects of the role are met to the highest standard

The Person
The candidate will have experience working in a high volume environement.
To be successful, you will need:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to maintain professional standards in a high-pressure kitchen
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
• Drivers License
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn
