Monday to Friday roster with consistent hours and work-life balance
Excellent pay rates - $62.50/hr casual or $46.34/hr full-time

Mobilize are currently seeking an experienced Final Trim Excavator Operators for a long-term opportunity working on a major Defence project South of the River.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure stable, ongoing work with the option of either full-time or casual employment.

What's on Offer?
- Casual rate: $62.50 per hour | Full-time rate: $46.34 per hour
- Monday to Friday roster, 6:30am to 4:30pm
- Long-term project work
- Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities
- Final trim excavation using GPS systems
- Trenching to grade for stormwater installation
- Detailed earthworks for concrete foundations
- Clearing and grubbing site areas
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Working alongside drainage crews
- Pad preparation and footing excavations

Essential Requirement
- Experience working on civil construction projects
- Current Excavator & Loader tickets
- Skid Steer ticket favorable
- Proven GPS excavator experience
- White Card
- Ability to obtain/provide a clean Police Clearance due to Defence project requirements
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
