We're seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance operators for ongoing temp-to-perm opportunities with consistent hours and strong pay rates.

We are currently seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a new facility based in Kewdale. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, long-term work with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment.

You will be operating brand new Toyota forklifts in a clean, modern warehouse environment.

What’s on offer:

Ongoing full-time hours (38 hours per week) with potential overtime
Temp to perm opportunities for the right candidates
Pay rates starting from $41.30 + penalties
Various shift options available
Start times between 5:30am – 7:30am
New facility with modern equipment

Key responsibilities:

High reach forklift operations (up to 8 levels minimum experience required)
Counterbalance forklift operations
Safe and efficient movement of stock within the warehouse
General warehouse duties as required
Adhering to safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

Valid forklift licence (LF)
Proven high reach experience (minimum 8 levels) for High Reach roles
Ability to commit to long-term, ongoing work
Willingness to complete a drug and alcohol screening
Strong safety focus and reliability

I recruit for a variety of roles, including local trades, forklift operators, labourers, and warehouse staff, among others.

Before joining Mobilize, I was an Account Manager for a national recruitment agency, where I maintained and grew relationships with a diverse range of industrial clients in Perth. These included local workshops, warehouses, manufacturing, and food manufacturing companies. My role centred on understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that helped their businesses thrive.

My recruitment career began as a 180 Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant, primarily in the Civil Construction sector. I successfully attracted skilled drainers, civil machine operators, labourers, and traffic controllers to work on major infrastructure projects, roadworks, and subdivisions across the Perth Metropolitan area.

Prior to recruitment, I gained valuable experience in various administrative roles, focusing on payroll for 100+ employees, accounts receivable and payable, and employee mobilisation. These roles strengthened my skills in time management, communication, and task prioritisation - all of which are essential to my success in recruitment.

I am passionate about connecting the right people to the right opportunities and helping clients achieve their staffing goals, whether for temporary or permanent positions in the Industrial sector.
