Mobilize is partnering with a growing Indigenous-owned civil construction and plant hire business. This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week, across 3-4 days. The role is mainly office-based, with occasional Southwest day trips.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing HSE advice and support to office and site-based teams
  • Supporting the business to meet HSE legislation and compliance requirements
  • Carrying out workplace and project audits
  • Developing, reviewing and maintaining HSE plans, procedures and documentation
  • Supporting project teams with HSE requirements and deliverables
  • Helping identify and manage workplace risks
  • Promoting good safety practices across the business
  • Working with managers, supervisors and employees to improve HSE performance

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience as an HSE Advisor or in a similar role
  • Experience supporting corporate and site-based teams
  • Good knowledge of HSE legislation, compliance and risk management
  • Experience conducting audits
  • The ability to develop and review HSE plans, procedures and project documentation
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • A practical and proactive approach to health, safety and environment
