Mobilize is partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturer and industry leader in insulated panel and building product solutions, recognised for delivering high-quality, innovative products for the residential and construction sectors. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong customer relationships, and supporting projects from enquiry through to delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting customers, processing sales orders, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across residential building product solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer enquiries for residential roofing and insulated building products.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate production and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information.
  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Provide product support to builders, installers, and residential customers.
  • Manage a high volume of enquiries while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in roofing, building materials, construction supply, or a similar industry is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or order coordination.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude and strong customer service approach.
