Poly Welders
As an experienced Poly Welder, secure work on a consistent roster on a major project in the Pilbara, working with a Tier 1 contractor
- 2:1 roster commencing asap, project work to see out the rest of 2026, weekly pay
- 12 hr shifts paid, large scale construction project in the Pilbara
- Weekly pay up to $104.86 per hour, limited positions available
Mobilize are seeking experienced Poly Wedlers for an immediate start on a major long term construction project in the Pilbara.
Secure work with a leading contract delivering critical infrastructure works. This project is expected to continue through to the end of 2026, offering above market pay rate and competitive pay.
On Offer:
- 2:1 FIFO roster - ex Perth only
- 12 hour shifts
- Weekly pay
- Immediate start available
- Long term project through to December 2026
- Day shift and night shift (determined by operational requirements)
- Competitive rates:
- Day Shift: $84.89 per hour
- Night Shift: $104.86 per hour
About the Role:
You will be working as part of a large multidisciplinary construction / SMP team delivering major industrial infrastructure works in Karratha. The role involves poly welding and associated installation works while maintaining a high level of safety and quality standards.
To Be Considered:
- Strong experience as a Poly Welder and minimum of 2 years FIFO experience
- Poly Welding Qualification (PMBWELD301B & PMBWELD302B)
- Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Test, Basic Fire
- High Risk Work License – EWP (desirable)
- MSIC (desirable)
- White Card
- Drivers License
- Australian work rights
- Rio Tinto inducted (desirable)
