Casual Procurement Administrator role in Canning Vale for insulated panel & building product solutions. Potential for permanent opportunity.ASAP start

Mobilize is partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturer and industry leader in insulated panel and building product solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, accurate data entry, and working closely with internal teams to keep materials moving into production. The position plays a key role in raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining supplier information, and supporting the smooth flow of materials into production.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise purchase orders accurately using Pronto or similar ERP systems.
  • Monitor and follow up on open purchase orders and delivery timelines.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, including documentation and account setup.
  • Liaise with manufacturing, construction, and sales teams to confirm material needs.
  • Maintain supplier records, pricing details, and procurement data.
  • Track stock levels and highlight low inventory items.
  • Support resolution of delivery issues, missing paperwork, and invoice queries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the procurement and supply chain team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in procurement administration, purchasing support, inventory coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience using Pronto or another ERP system is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Experience in manufacturing or construction environments is an advantage.
  • Organised, proactive, and reliable approach to follow-ups and task completion.
