Our client is a rapidly growing business operating across the mining, infrastructure and energy sectors and is looking for a proactive internal Recruitment Advisor to join their team in Belmont.

This is a hands on internal recruitment role suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and getting out into the market to find the right people — not simply waiting for applications to come through.

The Role:

• Managing end to end recruitment across multiple roles and projects across blue and white collar
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce requirements
• Proactively sourcing candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, referrals and your own networks
• Conducting phone screens, interviews and candidate assessments
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and contributing to process improvements

About You:

• Previous experience in agency or internal recruitment
• Proactive recruiter who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
• Experience recruiting within mining, construction, infrastructure, engineering or industrial environments highly regarded
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
• A current Australian Driver's Licence
