Role Overview

This is a true 360‑degree permanent recruitment role where you will take ownership of a warm, established desk with active client demand. You'll have the autonomy to run your desk your way, backed by supportive leadership, strong systems, and a collaborative team culture.

Your focus will be on permanent recruitment across:

• Engineering & Technical
• Mining, Resources & Energy
• Industrial & Manufacturing Leadership
• Corporate & Commercial Functions

Skills and Experience ·

• Proven experience running a 360 permanent recruitment desk
• Background in white‑collar, professional, or technical recruitment
• Confidence working autonomously while valuing collaboration
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with new and existing clients across mining, energy, and industrial sectors
• Transforming conversations into active recruitment assignments
• Managing the complete 360-degree recruitment process
• Taking detailed job briefs and gaining a thorough understanding of client operations
• Proactively sourcing experienced white & grey collar candidates
• Undertake comprehensive search campaigns utilising multiple tools to source the best talent available
• Coordinating interviews, offers, and successful placements
• Building and maintaining a steady pipeline of permanent roles
• Fostering long-term relationships with hiring managers
• Providing second to none customer service to all clients and candidates
• Work collaboratively with the entire team and contribute to the rich culture within the Mobilize team
