Mobilize is partnering with a well-established national supplier within the industrial, maintenance, and safety equipment sector based in Kewdale. The business supports a wide range of industries including mining, civil construction, oil and gas, government, electrical, infrastructure, and engineering.
The Warehouse Team Leader supports the supervision of day-to-day store operations, with a strong focus on team coordination, safety, and service performance. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is confident working alongside their team on the floor while also driving accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations within your designated area
  • Champion workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and relevant legislation
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-job support to develop team capability and performance
  • Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to meet productivity and service targets
  • Monitor performance standards and support improvements in accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practice
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Experience working towards operational targets and service level expectations
  • A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to support the team on the floor
  • Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
