Afternoon Shift Manufacturing Role – Good Hours, Better Pay
$39.68/hr + penalties | 3pm–11pm | Temp-to-Perm | East Rockingham + Naval Base

Prefer working later in the day? This one’s a solid setup. Miss the early alarm, get your mornings back, and still clock a full shift on good money.
Mobilize has roles going at a modern manufacturing site in East Rockingham. The team’s turning recycled tyres into products used across agriculture and flooring. It’s steady work, good crew, and a clean, well-run facility.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating fixed plant machinery
• Supporting day-to-day production
• Keeping things safe, tidy, and running right
• Working as part of a tight crew that gets stuck in

You don’t need to know everything on day one. If you’ve got the right attitude, they’ll show you the ropes.

Training requirement

ALL suitable candidates will be required to complete a minimum of 2 weeks on day shift for training purposes before moving onto afternoon shift. - This is to make sure you’re set up properly, confident on the equipment, and across site safety from the start.

What you’ll need

• Forklift licence
• Driver’s licence
• Manufacturing or industrial experience helps, but not a deal breaker
• Full Australian working rights
• Able to pass a drug & alcohol screen
• Good work ethic and safety mindset
