Manufacturing Operators – Day & Afternoon Shift $34.50-$39.68/hr + penalties | Temp-to-Perm | East Rockingham + Naval Base

Not everyone wants the same shift. Some people like an early knock-off. Others would rather skip the 5am alarm and start later.

Good news. We’ve got both.

Mobilize is looking for reliable, hands-on workers to join a modern manufacturing facility in East Rockingham. The site turns recycled tyres into products used across agriculture, sports, and recreational flooring. It’s clean, well-run, and backed by a solid crew that looks after each other.

These roles are temp-to-perm with genuine long-term opportunities for people who show up, work hard, and want to grow their skills.

Day Shift
- 7am-3pm
- $34.50/hr + penalties

Afternoon Shift
- 3pm-11pm
- $39.68/hr + penalties

All successful candidates starting on afternoon shift will complete a minimum 2-week training period on day shift first. This gives you proper time on the equipment, site processes, and safety systems before moving across.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating fixed plant machinery
• Supporting production and manufacturing activities
• Keeping the site safe, tidy, and running smoothly
• Working as part of a good crew that gets stuck in
• Learning new skills and growing within the business

You don’t need to know everything on day one. If you’ve worked in manufacturing, warehousing, industrial environments, or you’re just mechanically minded with the right attitude, we want to hear from you.
