With our brand-new Rockingham facility now operating alongside our original Naval Base site, we're looking for motivated Process Technicians who want more than just another job.

You'll be working with modern equipment in a clean, organised environment where the focus is on producing high-quality recycled products.
Shift options
Morning Shift
6:00am - 1:30pm
$36.14 per hour + Penalties
Afternoon Shift
1:30pm - 9:30pm
$41.56 per hour + Penalties
Perfect for someone who enjoys manufacturing, production and learning how modern processing plants operate.

Naval Base - Where It All Started. For more than 20 years, Naval Base has been the heart of Rubbergem.
This is a more hands-on workshop environment where no two days are exactly the same. It's physical work that suits someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and enjoys working around machinery.
If you've worked as a Trade Assistant, Labourer, Fixed Plant Operator or in heavy industry, you'll fit right in.
Day Shift
6:30am - 3:30pm
$36.14 per hour + Penalties
Plenty of overtime available.
- Forklift license essential

What you'll be doing Depending on your site, your day could include:

• Operating forklifts
• Operating fixed plant machinery
• Assisting with manufacturing and production of agricultural mats
• Loading and unloading materials
• Monitoring processing equipment
• General workshop and site housekeeping
• Working safely as part of a supportive team

What We're Looking For:

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, processing or industrial environments
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Screen
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable, hardworking and available for an immediate start
• Comfortable working on your feet, getting your hands dirty and performing manual labour
